What products does Desbina Textile manufacture?
We manufacture OEM/ODM garments including T-shirts, sweatshirts, outerwear, children’s and pet clothing — full cut-sew and finishing services according to customer specifications.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ typically starts at 300 pieces per style. Contact us to discuss smaller or special runs — we can sometimes accommodate lower quantities depending on the item and schedule.
How does your sample process work?
Provide a tech pack or a sample. Standard prototype lead time is 7–14 business days. Note: if you request a custom or specially sourced fabric, sample lead times may be longer due to fabric procurement, lab-dips and approvals — please allow extra time for custom-fabric projects.
What are your typical lead times for production?
After sample approval, production lead times are generally 30–60 days, depending on order quantity, product complexity and seasonal factory loads.
Which fabrics and materials do you work with?
We work with cotton, organic cotton, polyester, recycled polyester, blends and specialist technical fabrics. Custom sourcing and material specification is available on request.
Do you have certifications (e.g., OEKO-TEX, GOTS)?
We collaborate with suppliers who hold various certifications. If you require a specific certification, tell us and we will match you with a certified supplier or provide documentation where available. For company-level certification requests we can advise on timelines and options.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
Key items: product type, target quantity, tech pack or measurements, fabric choice, print/finish details and delivery terms. Attaching a tech pack or spec sheet speeds up quoting.

What are your payment terms?
Small orders: full prepayment required.
Large orders: 50% deposit to start production, 50% before shipment.
Payment method: Bank Transfer only (wire/SWIFT/local transfer).
Do you handle shipping and logistics? Which Incoterms do you use?
We can manage shipping end-to-end if requested. We commonly operate on EXW (Ex Works) where the buyer arranges collection, but we can also provide freight quotes and manage transport on your behalf. Shipping costs are billed separately.
Do you have formal QC/inspection reports or third-party audits?
We carry out documented internal QC checks (inline and final). If you require a third-party inspection or audit, we can arrange it at the buyer’s expense. Discuss inspection scope at RFQ stage.
Can you apply custom labels, tags and packaging?
Yes — brand labels, hangtags, custom folding and packaging options are supported and quoted per order.
Do you accept small or bespoke orders (low runs)?
Ready stock / existing items: 50–100 pcs possible.
Custom production: minimum 100 pcs per style per color (single color / single model).
What is your monthly production capacity?
Capacity depends on product type and style. We can scale to monthly runs of several thousand pieces; final capacity will be confirmed per style and order plan.
How do you protect design and IP?
We sign NDAs on request and protect tech packs and design files under contractual terms. Please request NDA if required before sharing sensitive designs.
How do you ensure color consistency?
We require lab-dips and master dye lots; Pantone or color reference approvals are standard practice to minimize lot-to-lot variation.
What happens if there is a defect or quality issue?
Defects are reviewed via QC report and resolved by rework, replacement or credit depending on root cause and agreement terms.
Are sample fees refundable?
Sample fees are commonly credited against confirmed production orders; specifics depend on the agreement and will be clarified in the quote.
Which languages do you support for communication?
Primary communication is in English. Turkish support is also available on request.
How can I track my order?
We provide production updates and shipment tracking. Larger projects receive weekly status reports and milestone updates upon request.
